BetBoom and FUT became the first teams to qualify for the playoffs at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 on 26 October. BetBoom swept Natus Vincere 2–0, taking Dust2 13–10 and Nuke 13–9; FUT defeated Team Vitality 2–1.

The two best-of-three wins in the 2–0 Swiss pool moved both teams to 3–0, enough to lock in playoff places. The tournament’s remaining teams continue through the Swiss stage for the other slots.

BetBoom close out both maps against NAVI

NAVI entered the match unbeaten after wins over G2 and FURIA. BetBoom denied a third straight win and advanced with a clean series, while NAVI moved to 2–1 and remain in the qualification race.

FUT’s win also ended Vitality’s perfect start. With the 16-team event using Swiss play before a single-elimination playoff, the 3–0 record guarantees a team’s next stage without waiting for later rounds.

A $1.25 million event in Bucharest

PGL lists a total $1.25 million in combined prize and club rewards for the 24–31 October event. The playoffs now have their first two names: BetBoom and FUT; the rest of the field still has work to do in Swiss.
