Game Changers opens at 2am Malaysia time: FENNEL face MIBR
The opening series falls on 23 October in Malaysia. Gen.G’s first match follows the next morning.

Malaysian VALORANT fans following FENNEL HOTELAVA will need the date after the one on the Brazilian schedule. Their Game Changers Championship opener against MIBR is scheduled for 2am MYT on 23 October, equivalent to 3pm in São Paulo on 22 October.
Gen.G GC face KRÜ Blaze at 5am MYT on 24 October. Those are the scheduled series times, so check Riot’s match page again before watching, especially for a series that follows an earlier match.
Ten teams, with Liquid defending the title
The tournament brings ten teams to Riot Games Arena São Paulo from 22 October to 1 November in Brazil. Team Liquid Visa return as defending champions after beating Shopify Rebellion Gold in the 2025 final in Seoul. Both teams are back in the field.
The bracket uses double elimination. Initial rounds are best-of-three, while the lower-bracket final and grand final are best-of-five. An opening defeat therefore leaves a route through the lower bracket, although another loss ends that team’s run.
Where to watch from Malaysia
Riot lists official broadcasts on the VALORANT Twitch channel, VALORANT Esports on YouTube and VALORANT on Kick. If you are planning around the opening series, set the reminder for Friday, 23 October, at 2am Malaysia time. The date changes when the Brazilian start time is converted.
