Daniel Solis and Takuma Miyazono won the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup respectively at Gran Turismo World Series Round 3. The Singapore event took place on 3 October at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands.

Subaru’s Solis held off Ferrari’s Nicolás Arriagada by 0.123 seconds, according to GTPlanet’s race report. The official results place Mazda’s Samuel Cardinal third.

Three stops take Miyazono from sixth to victory

GTPlanet reports that Miyazono started the Nations Cup final sixth and used three pit stops. His last stop, for hard tyres, came at the end of the penultimate lap.

The official Nations Cup podium lists Miyazono first, followed by Jose Serrano and Pol Urra. Those are the Singapore round results; the season’s world titles remain to be decided.

Tokyo hosts the championship finish

The World Finals are scheduled for 5–6 December at Shibuya LOVEZ in Tokyo. The Manufacturers Cup runs on the first day and the Nations Cup on the second, giving both competitions a further title-deciding weekend.
