LOUD are VALORANT Champions again. They beat Team Vitality 3–1 in the Shanghai grand final on 18 October, adding a second title to their 2022 triumph in Istanbul.

That makes LOUD the first organisation to win Champions twice, according to Negitaku’s tournament report. Riot’s event preview placed the final at Mercedes-Benz Arena, where the last weekend of Champions Shanghai was held.

Vitality level the series, but LOUD take the next two maps

LOUD opened with a 13–11 win on Summit. Vitality answered 13–8 on Lotus to make the series 1–1, before LOUD moved back ahead with a 13–5 win on Sunset.

Haven then became Vitality’s last chance to force a fifth map. LOUD closed it 13–10, leaving the planned Abyss decider unplayed. The final therefore ended after four maps, with Vitality’s Lotus win their only map victory.

erde receives the tournament MVP award

The official VALORANT Champions Tour account named erde the Champions Shanghai MVP, in an announcement reproduced by Negitaku. That tournament award is separate from the player ratings used by match-statistics sites. LOUD finish as champions and Vitality as runners-up, with 100 Thieves third and G2 Esports fourth.
