Natus Vincere secured the final playoff place at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 with a 2–1 win over Team Spirit on 28 October. NAVI won Cache 13–2, lost Dust2 10–13, then closed Anubis 13–3 in the Swiss stage decider.

The result ended Spirit’s run and sent NAVI into the single-elimination playoffs. The club confirmed a 3–2 Swiss finish; HLTV reported that Spirit entered the match as the world’s top-ranked team and that this was NAVI’s third win in 15 recorded meetings between the sides.

A response after two consecutive defeats

NAVI had dropped back-to-back series to BetBoom and Vitality before the must-win match. They recovered on their own Cache pick, then answered Spirit’s Dust2 win with a decisive 13–3 on the final map.

The victory returns NAVI to a PGL Masters playoff after a difficult Fall season. The organization said it had not reached the playoffs since its IEM Atlanta title-winning campaign. NAVI now face Vitality in the single-elimination quarter-finals on 29 October; a loss ends their run.
