Nemesis turn the tables on NAVI with a 2–1 win at BLAST Slam VIII
After losing their previous meeting at Wallachia, Nemesis keep their own run alive and eliminate NAVI.

Team Nemesis have knocked NAVI out of BLAST Slam VIII with a 2–1 victory in Group B. The result, confirmed by BLAST’s match record, reverses the score from their recent PGL Wallachia Season 9 meeting.
Nemesis won the opening game, NAVI levelled the series and Nemesis took the third, according to Offstage’s match record. The deciding win ended NAVI’s tournament and kept Nemesis in contention.
A rematch with a full lineup
NAVI’s pre-match coverage noted that Nemesis had used stand-ins at Wallachia but would field their full lineup for this meeting. Both sides entered the elimination match after 1–2 defeats in their opening group series.
BLAST now lists Nemesis against 1win on 2 October in the Group B lower-bracket final. That match decides who finishes second and continues to the Last Chance stage.
The Malta place still needs to be earned
Under BLAST’s format, the four group runners-up contest Last Chance for two places at the LAN Finals. Nemesis therefore need another group win and a Last Chance victory to reach the six-team finals in Malta on 8–11 October.
