Team Nemesis lost 0–2 to Xtreme Gaming in the PGL Wallachia Season 9 upper-bracket quarter-finals on 24 September. They now face NAVI in the lower bracket, where another series defeat will end their tournament.

NAVI reached the same position after losing 1–2 to LGD Gaming. They recovered from an opening-map defeat to level the series, before LGD took the decider and advanced to face Xtreme.

The next match is an elimination series

NAVI–Nemesis is scheduled for 3pm on 25 September in Malaysia. GamerLegion–1w follows at 6pm, with both series deciding which teams remain in the competition. Start times may shift if earlier matches run long.

In the upper bracket, Xtreme–LGD is scheduled for 9pm. Yandex–Aurora follows at midnight as Malaysia enters 26 September. Aurora beat GamerLegion 2–0, while Yandex defeated 1w by the same score to reach that matchup.

One loss used, one route left

PGL’s double-elimination format gives Nemesis and NAVI another route through the playoffs after their first defeats. The Bucharest tournament runs until 27 September, with US$1 million in prizes and US$300,000 for the champion.
