Nemiga Gaming and FURIA will contest the PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 grand final after winning their semi-finals on 30 October. Nemiga beat Team Vitality 2–0, while FURIA came back to defeat MOUZ 2–1.

The pairing stands out because both teams needed a final-day Swiss win to reach the playoffs. Field Level Media reported that Nemiga and FURIA each went through all five Swiss rounds before qualifying, then removed two of the event’s most established names in the semi-finals.

A final shaped by two different routes

HLTV reports that FURIA have now reached a second consecutive final after winning the Thunderpick World Championship less than two weeks earlier. Nemiga’s 2–0 semi-final win over Vitality sets up the Bucharest title match against the Brazilian team.

The grand final is scheduled for 31 October as a best-of-five in Bucharest. Both teams had to win a 2–2 Swiss decider to reach the playoffs, then took a semi-final against higher-profile opponents.
