The RLCS 2026 World Championship set a Rocket League esports audience record, according to Esports Charts. Its figures, updated on 23 September, show a peak of 722,347 viewers during Team Falcons’ 4–2 semi-final win over Karmine Corp.

The event ran from 15–20 September in Fort Worth, Texas, with 20 teams. The official event page offered both online viewing and attendance at the venue for the final three days.

What that number measures

Peak viewers is the highest number watching at the same time. It does not tell us how many different people watched across the entire tournament; unique viewers and hours watched answer different questions.

For this event, the highest simultaneous audience arrived before the grand final. That makes the Falcons–KC semi-final a useful match to revisit when looking at which part of the competition drew the largest live crowd online.

For a fuller picture, compare the peak with average viewers and total watch time, as Esports Charts explains in its metrics guide. A record peak identifies a standout moment; it cannot by itself show how long the audience stayed.
