Tamm will handle tactics and Pasha performance for Malaysia’s PUBG Mobile team, according to a 14 October Nusa Times report citing MESF.

The report says the coaches will propose players for review by the selection committee before MESF announces the final squad.

How the selection process took shape

A separate Nusa Times report on 10 October described a five-member panel tasked with assessing players and choosing a head coach. It followed discussions involving the PUBG Mobile community, the National Sports Council and the National Sports Institute, covering strategy, mental preparation and team discipline.

For supporters assessing the eventual squad, the useful question will be how the players fit together. A national lineup needs a workable division of roles and a shared approach to decisions under pressure. Details released during selection will help supporters judge those qualities.

An editorial disclosure

Nusa Times names TopCast, Muhd Amirul Hazim Alias, among the selection panel members. That connection is disclosed here because this is a TOPCAST publication. This article uses public reporting and contains no private selection discussions.
